Tpms disable solution proved!!!

Hi everyone,

Just like many people in this forum, I've been looking for a way to disable the annoying "TPMS SERVICE REQUIRE" lights for a looooooooong time. Fortunatelly, I found a thread in MITSUBISHI FORUM posted by Vadiums few weeks ago. He bought a ETACS which is similar to MITSBISHI MUT-III but way cheaper.... Although it's not as powerful as the MUT-III but still many settings we can play with.... He tested on his 10 Outlander at first, it works!

Here is the link of his thread: http://mitsubishiforum.com/forum/mit...ization-40223/

Then, I PM him. Ask if he can test it on my 10 EVO X and he agreed! Finally, I met him today. He plug it in, and disable my TPMS light!!! IT WORKS!!!!!
THANK YOU VADIUMS!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Here is some pics:

I drove my car back home around 30KM, so far it never comes back!!!

Wouldn't you want to see if your tires are low?
I think it's pretty awesome that we have a sensor that does that. You can clone your OEM TPMS sensors now too for use on a second set of wheels using Alligator sens.it modules. I think it would cost you around $250 for a second set programmed shipped.

Or are you just trying to find a cheap fix?

I will check my tire pressure often. You are right that we can get another set of TPMS sensors. but not all the aftermarket rims can fit the sensors, and the sensors battery only last for few years… Then, you need to buy new sensors…

Awesome! May have to try and get my hands on one of these devices and start offering this service in my neck of the woods.

This is for us guys who swap out wheels and tires frequently and don't want to buy two sets of TPMS's and reprogram them every time...I am more than capable of checking if my tires are low.

THANK YOU for this find! This warning is so annoying.

Now the real question is, is anyone close by me who could let me use it? I just want to disable the TPMS....

Thanks Vadimus!

Had him disabled my tpms after having dealership replacing me with defective tpms that causes tire leakage for 2 years!

Couldn't ask for anymore from a fellow Mitsu owner!
