ETACS options customization

Found this on another forum

"Small memo for Actia XS Evo (or its Chinese clone), mostly referred to as a Lexia.

1. This is device capable of changing some ETACS settings, similar (but not identical) to dealer's MUT-III. Mitsu's ETACS has over 130 settings to play with!
2. It can be used with Lexia/PP2000 software (outdated, not supported/updated anymore) or DiagBox.
3. Using it you can do many things your dealer is unable to do.

I've decided to summarize results in the first message.

Things that work:
- TPMS disabling/enabling
- Fog light independently to low beams
- Welcome courtesy lighting
- Auto door locking / unlocking
- Factory security system activation (for those not having it)
- All Customer options available thru MMCS
- Two stage Auto lights
- 4 hours trip computer autoreset disabled
- 120+ km/h speed warning
- Remote sunroof closing
- rear fog lights activation

Things that (yet) do not:
- Remote windows closing
- Door autolocking once keyless transmitter is out of the car
- ECO indicator
- ESS

Now it is available from many sources including dx.com and amazon.com.
I will keep this list updated. "

this is very new to me, people in russia have been doing it since 2009, i am not 100% sure if you can reprogram the IDs or simply enable/disable tpms all together.

So is this a confirmed fix to disabled TPMS then? Can this be true?

New laptop will do better (if it has 32bit Windows). Even Windows 7 is OK.
