Bluetooth module problem
Bluetooth module problem
Hi guys, I recently bought the necessary parts for bluetooth off a Ralliart (11) to put into my Evo (09)
It all went in like lego, except that one of the two connectors on the actual bluetooth module doesn't fit. It looks like this is something that could probably be fixed easily with some sort of adaptor? The P/N is 8785A025.
If anyone knows the solution to this, please let me know. I'd rather not have to buy another module...

I know how you feel man... I took nav system out of wifes totalled outlander sport and well bluetooth doesn't plug in. it's plug is different so I'm guessing that in 2011 the changed the pug on them so us with 08-10 have to find one thats from an 08-10 so yeah. I also forgot to grab gps antenna so yeah not happy.
only navi/audio/hands-free parts that are interchangable depends on if it is a FUSE model or not. FUSE can interchange with FUSE, and non-FUSE to non-FUSE are interchangeable. pretty much 08-10 are not interchangeable to 11+. I believe the fuse HFM's (hands free modules) will have 2 connectors, one will be for vehicle communications and the other one will be for a USB port.
2010 models will be hit or miss (Depends on production date) because they started using FUSE system during mid-production.
