thinkin of gettin HIDS for the first time
which HIDs should i get 8000k or 10,000 k will it effect my 10yr /100,000 warrenty if i get HID,s ? and will the 8000k or 10,000 k burn the light cover,s ? im all new to this . i got 2011 lancer regular stock.
I personally wont go any higher than 6k. I currently have 5k and am very happy with them. Anything above 6k is trash for light output. Also, you should be fine with a 35 watt hid kit. Google DDM tuning. They have decent kits at reasonable prices.

i know a spot in Long island they only charge 80 dollars any kind of HId,s i want with 1 yr warrenty . but im not sure how much they charge with installation because i dont know how to install it myself
Yep -stay with 35W and 5K or 6K lights.
Get good ballasts - the el cheapo ones i have ruin radio reception.
Look for EMI 'shielding' feature.
Lastly, you need a harness (JRox) to bypass the daytime running lights (DRLs) to prevent flicker.
No 'flashing' from other drivers, so the beam pattern is still acceptable.

If u want a factory look go with 4300k. No amount will burn the light covers if fitted right, if not it may heat up and stick to your light cover if it gets loose, i put 55W 4300k and they are just fine, the fogs aswell are 100%, shouldnt affect your warrenty either(if installed correctly)
5000k is sunlight and it gives you most usable light for our eyes. Anything more is beyond our spectrum and is just a waist, 8000k is for the guys who want to look cool
DDM kits have great reviews and I've had mine for about 3 years no problems. VVME is also a good "low cost" option
The proper way is theretrofitsource
