Did you put in the upgraded head unit from a later model? I have an 2008 and I had to go back to the dealer to get it flashed in.

what year is the headunit?
i installed an N-05 Navigation. they are all plug and play and no need to visit the dealership.
if you install a later headunit and want the FUSE to work you need to do some wiring but still no need to visit the dealership.
you can follow my writeup on how to add the wires to make FUSE work.
