They are, they just become very dim on that black background. I ran these gauges for quite some time, but got fed up wiht the in-accuracy of the RPM's and the ricey look (looks like it's from the 2000 Civic Si).
Also, they become blue over time...the white faded away after about two weeks for me. Definately the highest qualtiy overlays I've ever seen/used. But, and overlay is just that...and overlay. It's like using a bandage for an open wound.

Have the gauges hard wired so they turn on with the spin of the light switch. that was with the car actually off and the key not in the ignition. i have to find the other pictures. but the gauges looks sweet though in person... get em!
