(Current) 377 hp @ 6,230 rpm, 3*66* lb/ft @ 4360 rpm
(Stock) 294 hp @ 7,020 rpm, 3*36* lb/ft @ 4040 rpm

That leads me to believe that the car does have the SST.

I was thinking the same thing...keep the torque down to save the SST...

And unless there is an entire deck of Aces up Mitsubishi's sleeves, I'm thinking the horsepower figures are at the crank.

Not saying that the DSG and SST are the exact same, but they have to be comparable in many ways. At what hp level do the audi/vw guys start seeing problems?

Yeah, I saw that too. Those look like Advan RGIIs to me; I was under the impression that the largest size those came in was 18 inch. Maybe they make 19s now?

WOOT FOUND ONE^^^^

OMG I DON'T HAVE AN X YET!!!??? WTF I DON'T HAVE AN X, OH SHI&, I DON'T HAVE AN X!!!??? So being excited about a car automatically makes me a fanboi, and here I thought that going to other cars forums and bashing their cars for no good reason (kinda like the Evo XIII & IX guys do) would make me a fanboi.

Being a fan of a car you have never driven or seen in person makes you a fanboy.

Being a fan of a car you already own and drive regularly instead of a car that you have never driven or seen in person makes you a human being capable of rudimentary logic.

Just thought I should toss that out there.

Also, is it just me, or do the 19x10 wheels on that car look incredibly tiny?

I'm pretty sure that the car in the picture is not the same car about which the specifications are. From what I understand, HKS Kansai has 2 Evo X's - one is an RS with a manual tranny and the other one is a GSR with an SST. The picture shown is of the RS which has the black mirrors and door handles and wears 18" Advans and a picture of the GSR just hasn't been posted yet...

I have seen that car in Tsukuba, its a 5 Speed,so they are cheating a bit with the Democar advertisment

Mitsubishi hasnīt began to sell SSTīs yet(3 weeks ago),so they canīt have one.

If they did a RS with SST Transmission,i would have bought one over in japan
