245(Minimal Stretch) - (255) Flush - 265 (Tire Bulge) = 9.5 Rim
^
Same will apply to 10/10.5 Rim.... Bump the tires up to 255 - (265) - 275
You can also use this tool to get an idea how tires fit and whatnot.... : http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

275's on a 9.5 rim is concidered "Extra" tire... the proper fitmet for a 9.5 Rim is a 255.

Yeah, disagree with that. 265 on a 9.5 is what u want. 245 fits 8.5 (stock size), 255 fit my 9 inch Advans perfect, 265 fits my 9.5 enkeis perfect. Of course actual tire widths vary so much it's kind of a mute point but in the real world these are the fitments that are generally accepted to work best.
18x10.5 +22. i'm dropped on tein monoflex. i'm 25.5 inch from the top of the fender to the ground. fronts slightly rub on the plastic fender liner at full lock. 265's on a 10.5 is really stretched.
Added some photoshop tweaked photos. I was looking for some background images for my new head unit, so I had my girlfriend mock up the following. Since we just tweaked these for personal use, I thought I would share in case anyone else was looking for something similar. Enjoy! I am not the best at uploading, so if someone has a suggestion for how to upload without file loss, let me know.
obviously, what i posted was THE GENERAL.. however we don't do General....
I'm on 245's on 9.5 No problem and they sit and look good... No complaints but then again the tire setup was for my 9.
I have 265's that I'll be throwing on the 9.5's If i had 10.5's I run 275's

details in my build thread (and old 2012 one - both linked in sig). don't bother asking what the LED fogs are or other stuff. I'm sick of answering so many times - I've posted it plenty and posted plenty about it in my build thread....
