I want this exact setup. Just bought my ohlins. How much are you lowered and did you roll both front and rear or only rear? thinking of running toyo t1r's also.

 

They are muellerized ohlins and when he was done I dropped it another 3/8" but I'm not sure of the total drop because I was on teins before. Both front and rears are rolled and I have a 265/35 r1r which are stretched. Ill be going with a 275/35 next time

Been busy for the last two weeks, painting, and suspension, and vinyl. Need an alignment, a little more ride height tweaking, and maybe a slight rear roll. H&Rcoilovers, 18x9.5 +22

 

Liked the 311RS livery that much? I am thinking of doing something similar in black after seeing it myself.

 

Looks good! What color did you use for the wheels? I want to have my wheels painted the same color, but not sure which blue to use. Thanks

 

I actually got the paint mixed at Napa. First I prepped wheels with grey scotch-brite then shot with grey spray max primer filler, then used prevals to spray the color, and finished up with spray max clear coat which I used 3 cans but would have liked to have had 4 cans of spray max clear.

I'll rock them for a bit then do a scuff then add more clear later. 1 can per wheel would be best. Everything done (prime, color, clear) within 24hors of each process, and then after clear made sure the garage was about 65deg and an oscillating heater blowing on them for about 8 hours, then waited 2 days and had the tires mounted.

I can get your the paint code if you want my camera sucks so it kida darkens the color. Here some photo's of the the wheels during the painting I took real quick, and before I polished the center caps..

Funny thing is when I bought the car I bought it to do a white blue stripe scheme, as I had a white blue stripe 91 Saleen mustang that I should have never sold! but I figured some day I would do my own getup.

I was working with paint shop pro and trying to figure out different stripes FOREVER!! , and about 3 months after I had the car BAM I saw pictures of the 311RS and said yes this is what I want for look.
