Just wanted to post up our hood for feedback before we go for the mold. It boasts a great fit and increased air flow in and out especially in at the turbo. Give us some feedback.

Hmmm...not trying to be a dick or anything, but the quality of those pics (prolly due to resizing, etc) is really low...any way you could send the originals to me at jr4eb@aol.com ? I could resize them and make em look nice for you if you like

Looks good! Couple of questions though. Any projected pricing? Also, does this hood accept the under-hood panels? The one thing I really like about the X over the 8 and 9 I've owned is that it stays pretty dry under the hood.

DO

NOT

WANT

would look better if it were just a stock hood in carbon. that design looks like something off of need for speed prostreet made with autosculpt.

i think what kills it is how crappy the naca duct on your hood is compared to the smooth one on the stock hood...also the vents just look cheesy, and they aren't in the right place. it looks like a regular lancer hood.

Is it lighter than the stock hood as well? Wondering if there are any weight savings - Most VIII/IX hoods are about the same or a 1-2lb heavier unless you buy the mad JDM uber light or robispec'd ones, FWIW

THanks, THe pic sizing is one of my flaws. THose pics give you the idea though. Underpanels will fit and we even fitted that hood with oversize IC piping over the top of the radiator.

Nice fit and all BUT PLEASE add some way to evacuate radiator heat directly behind the radiator housing - even better make it possible to easily shroud and disipate heat using 2 small puller SPAL electric fans. EMail me directly if you want to discuss this: dermotorsports@gmail.com

I wish you guys retained the curves of the stock hood how it has a built in reverse cowl to it. The hood looks way too flat! Not my taste!
