i think this is an unnecessary cheap solution for sure. I'm really wondering the small hood vents too. seems to me they are just too small.

They made it like that so that you cannot see the intercooler pipes.

Hi, my car is a jdm premium edition sst, equivalent to us spec mr, mine has 2 openings on each side, as car comes with engine and gearbox oil coolers stock, for airflow over these 2 heat exchangers! i should think US cars could be the same. better check tho to be certain.
