After the anticipated wait, I finally got the Redline Goods Evo X/Lancer shift boot installed. The product was top notch quality and fitment was far better than the stock item! I got it in black suede with grey double stitching. Looks great matching the stock steering wheel.

I have a DIY written up which is now on the Redline Goods site. Install took less than 15 mins.

Yes stock height but as always Redline can make it shorter if you'd like for those with SS.

Very nice! Just ordered the black leather with double white stitching and 1 inch shorter.

 

wow, never reallized how fugly the stocker was til I seen this thread, looks killer.

 

I think I'm going to order the same one, just bought a TWM
Short shifter which reduces the height by 1.25 inch, I'm wondering if you're in the same boat? And if you are, how does the new shift boot fit with the short shifter?
