thats what i said at first too, but wanted my headlight blacked out from the inside, so i came up with enough courage to bake my headlights and they came out 100% better than stock imo. nothing melted, everything works great and loks better than before

Dremel?

Have anyone thought about using a Dremel to cut the lens off? I'm pretty good with it and once I get home from Iraq. I may try it.

Any thoughts on this?

u dont need to cut at all, once you heat the lense up the lense peels away from the rest of the light with no problems
