Made my Phantom Black a little more phantom...blacked out headlights

Once I put the Advans on my car, the headlight really stood out which I didn't care for. I decided to black them out...completely!!!

The first picture is a before picture for comparison.

Also, the pictures are not the best quality (and they are in an auto parts store parking lot)...I'll have better ones soon, but I thought I would share what I had so far.

Very cool. That's not a overlay, right? Did a shop do that or did you do it yourself?

Wow that's one dark car. It looks like he opened the headlights and just painted the chrome black.

Yeah...no overlays here! I baked the headlights to take them apart and painted them. Did this on my last car (G35), so I had enough courage to do it with this car too.

Ah the baking method. I would be too nervous to do that even though everyone who has has had no problems.
