^Are you kidding? Have you seen how much the Chargespeed or even APR's are running. The price that I am seeing with Rexpeed is far cheeper than both of the others. APR has had a big problem with fitment issues and the Chargespeed one is like in the $500 range. I would say Rexpeed's is fairly inexpensive.

Lancer does not have the 2 bumps at the top of the roof so you will see a gap if you were to install VG on your car
