Dude sorry to see this happen to anyone. Someone ram the rear bumper on mine and disappear so i know somewhat how you feel. But nothing as bad as yours. Best of luck with everything.

I am not sure how VA is, but the guy who hit you from behind will pay for your stuff(should) and by law i believe the guy you hit your insurance has to pay. Once again good luck.
