This is a great photo. Good off center composition, great background, and the train gives some leading lines.


Not good. You're splitting the picture in half. Use the rule of thirds so that your subject isn't falling out of the picture. Even dead center would have been good for this. The sun should have been behind you so we wouldn't have to stare at a shadow.


This is good. You're incorporating depth of field.


Looks alright, but utilizing the rule of thirds would have looked better.

Are you using photoshop? Photo editing makes a huge difference.

Thanks fishstix, this type of feedback is perfect.
Yes I'm using photoshop but minimaly.
I'm still learning how to use photoshop but only tweaked these photos.
Any suggestions help and thanks
