Make sure you buy adequate amount of fabric and go and pick up headliner glue spray from your local auto store.

1. Remove Doors
2. Disassemble Door and remove the fabric piece.
3. Remove fabric from door piece, better to use needle nose pliers and pull hard. (keep the foam like tan substance on underneath.
4. Cut fabric to desired size
5. Practice laying fabric over door panel piece.
6. Spray even amount of glue on only 1/3 of the panel, and apply fabric, and then proceed to spray rest of glue on door piece and apply fabric
7. Keep stratching and playing fabric till its perfect.
8. Hold firm till it dries.
9. Spray back piece of door panel and wrap remaining fabric around the back side of door piece.
10. Cut holes for screws and such
11. Reassemble door and reattach door.

thats what i thought it would be like. i will be doing this in bride fabric. what glue did you use?

Yes bride fabric works... and its super expensive. It will be super tough to do bends and corners because it doesn't stretch well.

Just want to say well done. it looks the goods. I am doing this carbon wrap with the interior panels of my evo 7. I would like to re-trim my evo 7 door cloth inserts but I think they are a single glue pressed design. still to investigate. But again good job

Cheers

I sueded my headliner and my door inserts on my GSX about a month ago. It is a pain in the ***, but in the end its pretty badass and it looks great in the end. I hope your glue sticks. I've heard horror stories of peoples glue failing.

Im getting my headliner and pillars done in my down time this winter, But I'm not going to go with suede. I like it but hate how it slows every mark, I'll go crazy trying to make it look uniform! lol

I like your theme though!
