Where did you purchase these? I tried to find these on mitsubishiparts.net but those numbers aren't in the system?

Also, does the first image the "Gear Panel" work with the GSR, and what is the item number 8040A029 for?

Yes the gear panel works with GSR.

I was very impressed with your car PC setup and am sad to see that you stopped it. I want to do a car PC and have a couple of questions for you:

1.) What were you car PC specifications (power supply, motherboard, memory, hard drive)?

2.) You said that it was unstable with bad sound. What was unstable about it? What was bad about the sound (whine from grounding or...)?
