275/35 is too big, you'll be rubbing before you even do a full lock on a turn. Also the rear will surely have to run a bit more camber to clear the curvature of the 35 profile tires vs the 30 profile tires.

That's not actually why.. A 275-35-19 is an inch taller than oem...

I guess people hate low cars. If they did their homework, they will know that a 35 series tire on a 19" at a width of 275 will make the rolling diameter much bigger than the stock 245/40R18

About to purchase some 19x9.5... Debating on the offset, should I go +25 or +15? Don't want to do major fender work.

sorry I apologize.. I realized that were talking about 19's. whoops..

Personally, and I'm sure many would agree, that 35's on 18's is the perfect size..

Is your car plastidipped, wrapped, or repaimted? Looks like at Satin white or pearl white or something.

My car is ordered in starlight white so I am hoping it will look as good as your pearl white wrap
