how did you guys go about debadging the front logo?

And also blacking out the AC line that's behind the grill? How did you remove that tube to paint it?

Shave the emblem off (maybe $100 at a bodyshop) and just put a piece of paper of whatever behind that pipe and do a few quick sprays:

Or you could just paint the badge black if you don't want to take it out all the way

^ It looks great too, nice work.

I regret not painting my A/C line black the last time I had the bumper off. I'll have to wait for a day when I'm feeling ambitious to do it, it really makes a big difference in the front of the car.

I just painted my emblem flat black and put some black wire loom over the silver A/C line. Easy as pie

How do you pop the emblem out? Does it just come out of the plastic?

get a putty knife or screwdriver in there or something. It usually doesn't pop out without breaking, but when you put it back in, it should still look the same. I broke mine when i took it out, and when i put it back in you can't tell it was broken

I put painters tape around the front emblem and gave it a few coats of high heat spray paint. As far as the power steering line, I used electrical tape. Just take your time and dont over lap any part that you already have the tape on and it should come out very clean like mine did.

Also, it's a Power Steering line, not A/C.

Same here. Just epoxy it back on. Here's how mine turned out:
