Red "EVOLUTION X" badge

I came across this on Ebay. You choose your own letters and pay per letter. I do not like the "X" at all. I'll buy a "mdx" badge or something that has a "X" in it and use that. Besides that, I love the font! I'll be taking off my rear emblem and putting this one where that was.

What are they made out of? I assume plastic. Are they painted or is the material red? Did it come with the adhesive backing already on? Do they have other colors?

Sorry for so many questions...

It's not plastic. It's some kind of metal because I can bend them and they don't break, plus one letter is heavier than the OEM "Evolution" badge.

It looks like it's painted and then there's a thick clear coat over the paint.

It comes with 3M on the back of each letter. They have these available in black and blue, too. All 10 letters cost me $55 shipped.

i dunno man, they kind of look 'cheap' imo. from your other post it sounds like you bought the JUN body kit and are off to a great start in the looks department and I would not gaudy it up with the ebay letters like that. this is just my opinion so please dont take offense to it ok. to each his own and if your happy thats all that matters. jun and ebay are like peanut butter and mayonnaise, they just dont mix. look forward to seeing the ride tho

I made a stencil and everything and lightly applied them to the car. I didn't like how it looked. It's just too busy.

What bothers me, though, is there are some scratches that form an outline around where the Mitsubishi emblem was on the trunk. It looks clean fully debadged otherwise.

They look just like any muscle car lettering. Should be sweet IMO.
