yes there is a carbon fiber fuse cover available, this is mine that was just done and I have to pick these up on Friday (the fuse covers in pic are the test ones that he made and sent pictures to me of). Top picture is the carbon fiber fuse cover then the battery terminal cover and the front cooling plate that has the air box blocked off nice and flat. I have the smaller fuse cover being made as well but is not done just yet.

the hell is up with the radiator hose? looks like it has dried up residue (coolant?) all over it.

agency power makes an intake that looks exactly like that...i have it on my car...it might be that

It's the Agency Power intake, with a custom rattle-can black-out.

It is a residue, due a combination of whatever dressing the dealer put on it when it was new, AZ hard water, and Phoenix heat. It'll all scrub off if I was motivated enough to do it.
