I dunno. They remind me too much of the hideous taillights on the latest WRX hatchbacks.

Can someone tell me, do you just plug them in like reg lights? I know with reg lights you have blubs and sockets, with leds how do you plug them in?

^likely the same application, as that is how these have been on other vehicles I purchased a similar setup for.

Someone mentioned LEDs messing up the ECU? Are you talking about lower resistance in the loop which would cause the lights to blink faster? This set likely has the correct resistance included so you don't even have to splice resistance into the loop.

Someone also mentioned LEDs burning out. The most recent application I had that was similar was for my previous SuperDuty. It wasn't that the LEDs "burned out" (pretty improbable) but that the manufacturing (who knows what 3rd-world country they were manufactured in) was so bad that eventually a lot of the LEDs shorted out.

I'd be surprised if Curt didn't already have an opinion on these.
