It is your ride Koroshiya, so if you dig them then that is all that matters. I still recommend some quality LEDs as it might offset the darkness and not get you pulled over at night.

RA tails are played out for what they are... OEM. And they still have those chrome rings, which doesn't go well with ME. Notice how I said ME. In what position is anybody in to tell OP what to do?

I think it looks pretty decent, even being flat and not glossy. Though it might have one coat too many.

That is what nightshade does.

If you want good tint on the rear tails have a body shop mix tint in with clear and spray the tails. Looks 1000X better.
