You wont regret it. The knob is not that old but still in perfect condition.

I was a little worried about it being too cold in winter and too hot in summer. Winter is does get really cold but I'm up north in Canada so it gets really cold. Some gloves solves that issue. It gets hot in the summer here too but I've found the knob doesnt get that hot which is good

Ahh nice. I didnt even realize there was a cover! I dont think you'll need it but you might want to try it out in the winter

 

This knob really changed the way shifting feels on my car, I absolutely LOVE it

yeh, its not that hard. Deff do it w/ a heat gun. That 3m di-noc is forgiving. if its not how u want, re do it
