are the evo x's bi-xenon projectors? If not then you lost your high beam.
Looks good though

thanks for the concern. but i did research before painting headlights on a 38k$ car. the evo x with factory HID projectors uses the low beam bulb for the highs also. its not a DUAL beam bulb, the headlight actually has a electronic shield that lifts and projects the light further for high beams. the socket beside my low beams is just for DRLS which i dont have now, so yes i blacked that chrome too..to anyone else who comments, my light output on high, and low is the SAME as before. i lost no light, promise!

off topic, but i dont feel like making a new thread. Last night i help my friend load his uhaul b/c they are moving, and before we even get started his wife backs his F-150 into my evo.... at first i was going to kill the first person who said its just a car!!! b/c everyone knows how my relationship is with the evo...however; nothing was busted/cracked or anything, and HOW? i have no idea. It just moved the middle support behind the mitsu logo on the bumper under the hood latch, and i was able to bend it back out today. and had to re-paint my emblem b/c it took most the paint off it...

I acutally kept the ambers on the sides kinda wanted something to breakup all the blackness that was going on. I was also thinking about some sort of audi styel LED's but couldn't find anything to replicate the look properly.
