This is my third evo, and I decided to do upgrades with function as the priority and looks second...

I guess that's the layman's definition of "mass" but the scientific definition of mass is always weight...

Anyway, let us know how these perform long-term on the track! I have plans for my X being a semi-dedicated track car once I have another Evo, but I'll probably stick with the stock calipers for a while.

with your rims offset, does it rub anywhere when you make a U turn? also, those size of brakes, would it fit the stock rims? prolly no, unless i put some spacers right?

I pulled the front fenders a bit, and rolled the rears... I have no rubbing issues unless the car is full of people and I do something stupid like not stoping on bump stops, LOL; The brakes should work just fine on the stok wheels of either the MR or GSR.

Your car looks amazing. From the install pictures it looks like you're on oem struts? Are you lowered springs? What kind?

cool!!! maybe ill go a bit less aggressive than yours... 18x10 +25 should be fine with a prokit springs right? no fender mods will be needed for that size.. ? and thats good news on the brake size... at least its not a must to put spacers if i want to go that big on the brakes.

Remember that the rim is not the one that rubs, is the TIRE, so if you use 10 x 18 + 25 with 265 tire, for sure you won't have any problems.
