TheSin is the man. You have way more patience than i do, and i have alot. I really hope you get your lights b4 the you are ready to test the new clutch packs. So we can get a review of both.

I too spoke with someone about the concept light, supposedly the DRL's are LEDs like Audi cars. I tried to offer trades like they said on the page but they refused every single item, even though they claim they will take "anything".

 

I waited 7 months for mine. Mainly because they had to get a mold to replace "daylight" section from a different company.

I know exactly how you feel. I too had to drive for almost 6 months without headlights till they finally sent me a set till mine got done. only drove my car in the daytime. Nic at the end told me he was going to refund my money back for sending back THEIR headlights for me to recieve mine, but i never got my $75. Basically gave up asking for it because i found myself less upset having to ask. At the end, i'm happy with the END PRODUCT. Waiting for them does suck.

It's your pics that made me go this route, they look awesome and I hope mine turn out the same I had a few extras added to em, but the wait is killing me, hopefully soon.

 

No, i have the same user name on their forums. Don't know "warchild". Does that person have the same lights as me? I was their 1st Evo X mod. Met them in person when i went to HIN Orlando in 2008. They had several 350Z headlights on display which was what caught my attention.

 

Oh nice, yeah the pics look Identical to the ones posted by warchild, maybe he was just showing them and I assumed they were his.

Either way I really like Nic, super nice guy and very talented but since I was told 2 weeks from when he got them which was almost 10 months ago, and since then it's been excuse after excuse, I kinda wish I could just get a real timeline and have it happen on the time line, you can only run out of a specific LED so maybe times.

I think he is sitting on a gold mine if he could get that stuff organized that is for sure.

 

So wait they are in fact still in business? I had heard a while back that they went under. I was very interested in their led side markers but after seeing what several of you have gone through was more than hesitant to order anything from them. The lack of their responses to threads wondering where peoples lights were is also less inspiring. Hope you you get your lights soon dude and that they turned out as good as they ought to.

 

Thanks man I hope so too, as far as I have been told he has side markers in stock. You might be able to do a core exchange or buy them flat out, that is if it's true of course The video of side markers where mine that I sent him. But that was a while back I don't have mine yet once I do I'll post up installed video of them in action though

You are getting screwed around with. Either get a good lawyer and serve papers or decide you have been ripped off and buy new lights. I doubt you will ever see these things again unless you take legal action. They have clearly promised something they cannot do or never indended on doing.

Thank you for posting about it so the rest of us don't get hosed as well but i doubt that is much comfort for you...it would not be for me.

 

taking pics of the lights at night were a ***** and weren't doing justice. i'll try again tonight, if not, i'll see how video comes out
