If I do anything I'll never get my lights or my money back, and if I do they likely will be just slapped together. It sucks *** waiting but it's the best out come, if I don't have them by April which will make one year, and I have to buy new ones then I'll cause as much **** as I can. Till then I'm just gonna hope as brutal as it is :\

I'd file a claim with your credit card company for them to reverse the funds because you never saw the product you paid for and it never was shipped to you. They should have no problem refunding your money especially given the amount of time I'm sure is way beyond a reasonable period.

The fact that CinCity still hasn't commented on this thread should tell you that the chances of you actually getting your lights back is almost zero unfortunately dude.

File the claim bro, trust me.

 

I agree with what's stated above. Do it now the longer you wait the less chances you have of getting it. Not only that but you can probably file some sort of claim with the local police to get your headlights back. There's no reason why anyone should have to wait a year for any product unless they were specifically told that's the wait time, but then they wouldn't have any customers if they did that. Even on their forums you see people waiting over a year and they're still waiting for those products. If you take their approach you will lose everything.

 

I talked to cincity yesterday and they said nothing about ur lights just that they have been really busy on getting the concept x headlights done and pre orders are already coming in.

 

Wow did I read that right? A year?!? Forget that and people are still doing business with them?!?

 

to be fair I had no idea, I was told 2 weeks and I saw a few posts here with praise so I jumped in, had I known I would have just done it myself to be honest.

 

to be honest I have never heard of their turnaround being so bad.... I have know 3 350 guys with them and their turnaround was decent..

 

i totally see where TheSin's sentiments are coming from, to be honest IF i were in his shoes i would most likely do the same. something like this you come to a crossroad, you cuss the guy off you get nothing or you take the ride and you hope that you still see your lights.

 

Yikes! man! i was close to getting these, and to think when i called they told me their turnaround time was 2 weeks.... good luck bro..

 

To be honest I'm thinking the same to do my own lights done lights before for friends rides. Who know I might start my own company.
