They're flow formed not forged, despite the name.

7 months is a pretty long time since they have only been available in 18 inches for about 3 months now. Did you get in on the pre order? I only ask because people wait 8 months for work, bbs, enkei and a few other japaneese manufacturers and usually don't have an issue waiting a long time. Guys on the 370z forum are very 1 sided and didn't post up both sides of the story. I'm not here to start a war but there is 2 sides to every story.
I own 2 sets of Forgestar wheels and there are a few others on here that own the same wheels and haven't had issues.

Also to be clear, I only sent 1 or 2 emails in to Forgestar through the website that went unaswered. To be honest, I have had that experience with pratically every online retailer, so that really isnt that unusual. I bought the wheels through DD Motorsports so I really focused my communications there. And now I have found out that I was given the shipment date of my wheels way too early. Custom wheels delivered in about 3 months is pretty good when compared to other manufacturers as stated above by 1sicknickel. Which is what my wait ended up being. So when looked back with a little more info, my wait wasnt that bad after all!

i like these wheels too! but why do 18's look so small on the X. maybe it's because he isn't dopped yet or maybe it's the camera angles

It's not the camera angles. The X just has a bulky bodystyle and needs some 19's to look just right IMO.

Very good looking. How much did you pay to get the rear fenders rolled if you don't mind me asking?

Agreed. However these wheels are intended for track use only next year as I will be putting R compounds on soon. Even to me from time to time they look a little small. If I was going to put on wheels just for looks, I would get at least a 19" if not a 20".

I rolled the fenders myself. So the only cost was the fender lip roller which I already had. But new they can cost $220-$260.
