i thinking about doing this soon, u said u just put the whole headlight, wiring and bulbs and ballast in the oven? the wires didnt melt or anything?

Thanks for all the comments, and yes evrything went into the oven. 200 Deegrees is not that hot. I had my car painted and the put it in the paint oven at a similar temperature for a while to dry off the paint.

No sanding, the paint sticks very well. It would be a pain in the *** to sand everything since there is a lot of detail in the lights.
