Thanks again for all the comments. I'm not going to lie, it's nerve breaking when you're baking them. I kept looking in the oven every few minutes to see if they were getting deformed

Once you're done it feels great

Congrats guys for your very clean jobs.
Nobody has experienced moisture problems after opening and closing the light? I know that it's not so easy to perfectly seal.

No problems at all. Me and my brother did this a while back and haven't had any problems. We made sure to go around the housing and used clear silicone just in case. This is my second time doing it (did it on my other car) and I never had any problems. Just take your time and do it right the first time.

I didn't silicone a thing....if I have an issue I will go back in and silicone it.....

You put the silicone on the outside of the housing, where the two pieces of headlight meet. You want to do that before there is a problem, otherwise it'll be a pain in the *** to fix them and you'll probably have to open them again. It's better to be safe than sorry.
