wouldnt they look cool on the evo.also is there anyway we can get them well cheaper then for how much they are for

I'm sure I can think of a couple things the Evo has which were adopted from another car.

That's like saying Evo's aren't Porsches because dual clutch transmissions were used on 956s back in the 80s.
