The Gift That Keeps on Giving...

A DSLR! Cannon Eos Rebel T1i. I know a nice camera does not a photographer make, but it certainly makes my pathetic attempts at pictures at least a little more "legit".

After waking up to this:

I got to use SNOW mode in the Evo yesterday and today. Possibly the first and only time that'll ever happen.

Anyways, hope everyone had a very Merry and safe Christmas! On with the pics (yes the snow melted, no the car wasn't detailed, and I only had about 5 minutes to play with the camera before the extended family drove up.) I took these in a new neighborhood down the street from my house. Yes I know lighting and time of day are key but today between snow, festivities, and relatives, I really didn't have many options!

New installs:

It'll keep on giving once I have some visual mods worth showing and learn how to properly use this thing!

Nice Santa Hat picture. Blacker ralliart tailights look good on the Grey EvoX.

For me, it's a definite . Looks a million times better. I have a nice cable for the ipod when I want it, a fresh subscription to Sirius satellite radio, and live in an area with strong FM signals. I don't really listen to spotty FM channels or any AM, and I live smack dab in the middle of the intended reception area for the stations I listen to. So for me, the looks improvement is massive and I have lost zero sound quality/functionality. They have other sizes that would still be a big improvement, but for the price if you live in a decent area for radio reception, you can't go wrong!
