Thanks dude. Ya I saw some people flaming on Rota's so I haven't been on here much since then. So everyone thanks for the good comments. And yes I do have higher resolutions...however photobucket or Flickr don't host larger images...so if you PM me I can email them to you. Or if anyone knows a site that hosts larger resolution photos for free let me know. LOL.

LMFAO...sports car? It's not a Ferrari man... Why because it's a 4wd machine good for snow... Thus I take it snowboarding, and in case you didn't know...no trunk space to fit a snowboard. Haha. So how else do I haul gear? In case you didn't know...local laws here state that either a car must have 4wd and snow tires or if they aren't 4wd have chains. I don't have the snow tires yet...in the process of getting them. But the 4wd still helps in the snowy and icy conditions in the mountains.

Lip spoiler?

Exhaust is custom, we made it and it sounds great...shoots flames but I want to change it around. Either DC Sports exhaust or gonna do a different custom set up.

I would say that if it had no function...but it provides a lot of downforce...in fact it bends the metal of the trunk and CF on the DC Sports race car... Isn't rice looks over function? And I do track my car as well, so it's not going to waste.

 

Nice shots.. I got a question about the rack.. Is it thesame for lancer application? I went to the thule website and they don't have one for evo just for the lancer. I know its thesame but i just want to be sure. thanks

i disagree. I think he has just the right amount of drop. Too much and it stops being functional and IMHO makes the car look unbalanced.

I think he has done an excellent job and I usually hate the racing wing on the back of Xs

LOL...went off roading accidentally at high speeds, ripped out the liners and under tray....caused some bad damage...bumper needs replacing...already replaced oil cooler and fmic...insurance paid as it was another vehicle that ran me off.

Just rolled the rears...no pulling.

Ya Thule doesn't make a kit for the Evo. And this was before even Yakima made a kit. It's actually the MazdaSpeed3 kit. I hear the Toyota Corolla Yakima kit fits too. It's not 100% perfect but it works very well still.

Thanks for the good words dude. I appreciate them a lot. I don't really plan to go lower but plan to go coilovers with JIC or AMR.

 

i feel that there is too much going on with the rack and the wing...other than that though, beautiful car/pics. i just bought rotas too! just gotta put the tires on. i don't see the need to spend 3-4k on a wheel and tire setup. you just roll around on them IMO lol.

 

Haha well it's not like that all the time...come March or April they will come off and I will be taking more pictures, LOL. Maybe I will take it off in the next few weeks just to take more pics, haha.
