I was on the 9GLancer forum today and saw this neat mod from the Singapore people. It's a rear reflector mod converted to work as a brake, reverse, and turn signal light. Pretty neat.

Yeah hopefully this would reduce the chances of getting rear ended.

Very good idea. I was rear ended by an 18 wheeler in my last car. Maybe this could have helped!

God, that VTEC light was probably the best thing I've seen all day!

At least the OP's LEDs serve a purpose and still function as a safety device.. plus they look much better than others I've seen, where guys just use covers or tinting on the reflectors. This one looks very clean and tasteful, like it could've came from the factory that way.

 

Some of the light/sensor mods that people do are pretty impressive. But we'll need some sort of strobing setup that goes nuts whenever we're in boost if we want to compete with that VTEC sign. Or maybe something that sets the dashboard on fire as well? The best part of it all, is that somebody would buy it...

i guess the fact that it's leds running alongside halogens make it look especially tasteless. it's practical, but a bit tacky. if the rear lights are led as well, it would look much more fitting.

 

this is a great idea for a led mod. im thinking on doing this. this will very help in traffic , fog and when it rains..
