Why we bought the EVO MR

A lot of what we all bought our EVO's for isn't obvious to others. First off, with all the great cars out there, the EVO is what happens to do it for us. I have had quite a few nice cars. C32, E55, 911 turbo and so forth. But for a few years I've wanted an EVO because of what the car represented in the way of in your face, no apologies for anything, performance. They civilized the X down just enough that my wife would go for it and a fully loaded MR with aero kit sealed the deal. Pride in ownership is a factor, no doubt. In a months time here I MIGHT see another EVO X. More rare than that our color. Compliments quite a bit, almost daily for my wife when she drives it. The wheels more than anything. Love those wheels and...did those wheels come with the car? Even my stereo installer asked last week. I said yes and he went...I TOLD YOU to a guy in the shop. Now for that catback!

Yep I agree with you on the MR. Both my fiance and I likes to drive the car. She can't drive a stick and with the kid in my car the SST is so smooth. On my old evo 8 the power was not linear, too jerky for DD, especially dealing with traffic in the cities-car was obnoxiously ubiquitous . The MR gives you both of best worlds, good for DD, SST does the shifting for u, plus quick car. BTW this is the 'evo X show and shine.' Post up a pick of your new MR.

your stockers looked better than those boosts...you should have just bought a used set and powdercoated them.
