man i dunno about the plastic-dip on something thats going to be really hot. wouldnt it peel? i would go permanent, hi-temp black paint.

were those new emblems? if not how did you take them off without messing them up

Update!

Almost done!
the drl thingy is still drying...




not sealed yet but heres a teaser...


gonna seal them up in a lil bit! any tips on resealing them????

looks good and to the comment about this overheating or melting. I've been running my headlights with plastidip for about half a year with no ill effects.

thanks for the reply Kelvar, you reused the stock sealant correct? any tips on the reseal?? much appreciated man!

As I said in your EvoXForums thread:

Push the automotive sealant back into the center of the groove with a flat head screw driver..

Update!

ok so here are some crappy pictures of the lights installed.




now i bumped into a bit of a problem. when i first installed the lights i turned everything on and everything worked. i turned the car off, grabbed my brother to check them out lol and then the right head light just doesn't work! . signals, DRLs, and parking lights all work. the high beam and the reg light doesn't work on the right side. when i turn the cars electricity on i also hear a buzzing for a second or two coming from the right head light... whats going on here ? i think i might have blew one of my HID bulbs. can anyone confirm this?

i wanna do this so bad but the only thing i'm worry about is not sealing it good enough and getting water inside the headlights
