Its pretty cool stuff. I have a 99 Legacy and I did the Door inserts and the headliner in it.

Also if you pearl and clear it, it does this really cool effect where it looks like paint (if your car is black) and when in the sunlight it has this really cool flop that kinda has a carbon texture. It just looks cool but not like imitation carbon. I am doing my hood, roof, and trunk in it with little STi logos in it in green/ gold pearl to try something new. Should match the car pretty good. It has a an all metal widebody using 1990 Honda Accord front fenders and a custom front bumper with pieces of a Zero/sports body kit with a 08 Legacy rear bumper grafted to the OE bumper so I can run dual exhaust for the eventual 3.0L H6 Boxer engine going in. HAHA that was a mouthful.

I'll take some pics when its done in about a week. I know its not an EVO but this is about the vinyl so I say it goes.

Looking forward to seeing pics of your setup, I'm interested in seeing how this stuff looks when it's been clearcoated.

Here is the 1080 series on 3M's website: http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3...glXLL0652N1Kbl

They do not sell directly from what I can tell. You have to click on the locate a distributor link at the top of the page.

G'luck!
