I'll roll my fenders slightly but I won't space the wheels for reasons previously stated in this topic...
Let me elaborate... Getting caught with a car that doesn't pass technical inspection due to modifications results in:
- getting your licence plates removed
- 1284$ fine (converted from euros)
- 3 days to get your car back to a state where it passes technical inspection or plates get destroyed and you need to pay additional fees to register the car one more time from scratch

Yes, that's how bad it is.
1) Go to your "Tehnicki Pregled" Building (Technical Inspection)
2) Make friends with the guy doing the inspections.
3) Slip him 50 Euros
4) Enjoy your wide stance! Done!
Look, if the police over there can be paid off to NOT give tickets, then the inspector guy should be super easy to pay off under the table.
This is my plan when I move over there.
