Are you saying you got the shirt from the Philippines?

Where can you buy them?

They sell those shirts at the dealership I go to (South Side Mitsubishi Edmonton Alberta) so I assumed they sold those at other ones too.

It's hidden under the air box. It's placed directly on top of the Nisei LICP and then the recirc hose is routed underneath to the intake.

But the factory bleed system already comes T'd into one?

yep factory is already comes T'd..that's why i said it's like the AEM design in the AEM design the factory T will be removed and it will have an independent vacuum..if you have 3 port bcs it's like the other way around..

so for the two small hose barb in 3port using nisei intake pipe: technically it's like the OEM (but the other way around) in this case the T into one will go to 3 port bcs..

two hose barb with the factory reactive and passive bcs using nisei: one vacuum for reactive and one vacuum for passive
