To 1500mm or 1700mm Voltex Type 5 GT Wing

Sorry Archie if I'm using your pics without your permission but your car is just too nice to not show. Below is 2 sizes of the wing taken at almost identical angles. Which size to choose hmmm.

1500mm

1700mm

I would stick to a 1500 for street use. Looks better and not over the top IMO.

1700mm lines up with the fenders width.
1700mm = 66.93"
1500mm = 59.06"
7.87" difference, 3.935" more on each end when compared to the 1500mm size.
Who knew approx 4" each end makes that big difference visually.

damn this is a hard decision..

I'd go with the Do-Luck since your spoiler isn't 100% functional for downforce unless it was bolted through the trunk into the actual chassis

Why not just stick with OEM wing?

If you must get a Voltex, then do the 1,500....1,700 looks like it's straight from the track.

1500 for a Street car. the 1700 is massive and just seams a bit to big to see every day on a car that doesn't use it and especially on the street for manly looks. I would say 1700 if you are hard core Time Attack Racing or a Full blow Race car with cage and all. I say to just go the 1500 man

That's how I feel. There should be a 1600mm option in your poll since a 1600mm option is available from Voltex.

1700 if your going to run pretty aggressive body mods as well. 1500 if your going to keep it clean or no spoiler for the ultra sano look
