Holy hell. Wish I could go back in time, so many mistakes
Truck is holding up.. no mods.. Miss the X but mostly miss the track.. The X was just about done for my dream Track car... cost more then I wanted it to..
By the way life is going Ill prob never own a "Nice" track car again
maybe by a 240sx to beat the **** out of next summer... Evo 9.. damn I had wishful thinking

 

Who did your tune that then lead to you blowing up?

lost 40k on this car after 2yrs

My plan was to just leave it with AMS or Ivey, but some evo owners here some how talked me into their Clipse tune.... Went to the track had about 6 amazing laps @ around 550whp give or take on race fuel then when I went back on KABOOOOOM detonation

I was booked @ Ivey but when I got there they were backed up and Sean was going on Vaca so I want able to leave it there for long... biggest mistake of my life...
Sean was a stand up guy and even after I blew my motor he was willing to help.. but for me I just needed to get out of the game.. I couldn't afford all the problems with this car,, every month it was in a shop or I was ordering new parts
After this all went down.. when I even mention track or any type of car my wife gives me a look lol

 

Damn... Painful! But, you seem to be in a good place now.... Your wife knows whatsup too. Mine is the same.. Best to keep yourself away from the game for a little while.

 

Gotta get exhaust on that truck, was watching a few on youtube.. sound awesome at idle and cruise, lots of turbo noise. They wake up good with a flash too.. I wish they would offer an ecoboost raptor, I had a 6.2l raptor and it sucked way too much fuel for the power it produced. Sucks about the Evo, wish there was a reputable track tuner in my area. :|

 

Damn man That truly sucks but hey , I guess you live and learn and won't make the same mistake twice

I could do that but really I couldn't care for it lol I love everything about this truck I could never DD a car ever again after owning this.. funny my buddy who has a quick STi just said the same thing... So really the speed doesn't bother me Im happy where it is and its nice and reliable lol
As for a track car ***** to the wall is all I want... And a nice project I can start and learn from scratch One day maybe lol Ill live through you guys for now tho
