Try back to black. I've used it in the past. I think its made by Mothers or Meguiars. Worked well when I used it

i have done this, it works. Just rub a little on the area with your finger the wipe it off. Then do yourself a favor and use ICE wax from turtle wax. You can then wax any plastic piece on your car and it just makes it look even better.

Peanut butter works great on carbon fiber if it has any sun fading. I makes it look brand new for 2 or 3 washes

Peanut Butter can work, but it's not a very elegant solution. Automotive APC (all purpose cleaner) and a brush gets most wax stains out of plastic. Of course, one can simply use a sealant and not worry about staining plastics, as mentioned earlier.

Wow-- baby oil works as well. But that doesnt address the fundimental issue--niether does peanut butter... Take your time waxing your car and dont get it all over everything and you wont have this problem. You have likely spent more time looking for a solution to get wax off parts of your car now then you would have if you would have not been in such a rush the first time.

Peanut butter works to remove the white stuff on trim from wax.
