those look pretty sweet...they should have come with those wings.

 

Does the wing from the ix fit the x or did you have to make custom holes?

 

 

Pretty sure you will have to make at least two new holes. Not sure if there are any exposed holes after. I believe we all used the VIII wings.

Yea...imma stick with my original thought on this. It really does look good but it just needs to be a bit wider at the base of the wing.

 

The color, wheels and wing combo makes your car the best looking x i've seen...

I have always been a fan of the 8/9 wing on the X. Looks better not sure why. I think it makes the rear of the car sharper.

I think it looks more natural on the X then the oem piece

 

my buddy has a 8 wing sitting around. i'm thinking about test fitting it to see how it looks in person. i'll try to snap some pictures while i'm at it.

i found this picture online so its not my car. but i think this gives a good side-by-side comparison of the X and the 8/9 wing on a X. From this picture, i really like the 8/9 wing on it.

 

Good comparo pic to post up.... I still like the stock wing on the X vs an VIII/IX on an Evo X.

 

I think in some of the pictures it looks good. Then when the car is still or from the rear it looks to small.

 

I wonder if it would change the co drag on the X with the ix wing.
