How do you wash your Evo?

User manual says no car wash using brushes. I guess touchless car wash might be a problem too because spraying at door handles equipped with fast key is no good too. Also, what about wing when going through a car wash? Another thing, l what about letting the guys at car wash move the car which has a stick, most people don't know how to drive stick I guess... Share your experiences cuz I am a total noob in this.

turn your car from black to white in 2 minutes. What do you do after you spray your car?

I just took an hour hand washing my car in the dark.

In the winter (i have a drive way, no garage), I just take it to those car washes with the foam fingers. The water spray has never set off the fast key system on either the door or the trunk.

Used the micro fiber tower to wash the car, and the power washer to spray it again.

I used a microfiber wash mit and one bucket with the soap wash mixture. I use each side of the mit for 1 body panel and then get my house and rinse the mitt out. Dunk it in the soap bucket again and proceed to wash. I then rinse with just the hose without any of the attachments since the water gets pulled off and there is less that you physically have to dry. After that I will just get a bunch of micro fibers and dry the car. Once every few months I will wax my car and then like twice a year I will wash, clay bar, and then wax it

I wash my Evo by hand using Zaino car wash and a high quality 100% cotton hand towel.

I do not use man-made microfiber crap to wash my car.

You only say that because you have a silver car. haha... You would be near tears if you had a black car as you watch the paint swirls come to life.

micro fiber wash mit
bucket with grit guard
optimum car wash
optimum wax (every 4th wash)
microfiber drying towel (x2)

sonax wheel cleaner
meguiars tire gel

meguiars interior detail spray

takes me a good 2+ hours to wash my car every week, inside and out
