Voltex Randomness: Testing Fender Flares on an Evo 10




Nakajima-san (translated):
"Modifying the fenders to allow for greater width. A temporary fender [flare] is made, set in urethane. Applied with a standard 'gum tape' (3M), it fit perfectly. What do you think?"

This 'development' is merely a test to see how the Evo 10 would take to a fender flare. Whether or not they'll actually produce this, it seems like a good upgrade for those looking to get the most out of their wheel/tire/ track setup (or "HellaFlush").

 

Would be interesting to see how it looks paint matched. But good to see Voltex is doing something besides wings.

 

I would rock it in the rear.. for sure!

HA! i called it..when i saw those low offset 19x10.5 CE28Ns on the white evo, i was thinking, "someone should make rear fender flares"

 

Looks ugly in the pic but need to see it with wheels on and maybe color matched to know for sure

 

The idea and concept pics looks good. Now lets see it on the ground with wheels fitted.

And hurry up with the wide body front and rear fenders instead of this cheap option.

in the "customization" aisle of an auto parts store.

like the little individual stick-on vortex generators , vents , and hood scoops.

 

I want to see some fender flares like the ones for the CT9A

 

search up Cyber Evo...Voltex has these made for CT9A, they're called voltex over fenders

 

ehh...not very impressive judging by the pics. would much favor a wide body kit over fenders.

then again i'm never a fan of fender flares, so i'm a bit biased.

 

He's saying he wants those fenders for the CZ4A.
