HKS Hi-Power cat back fitment issues

To everyone running the HKS Hi-Power cat back system, how did you get the tips to look like this

I know everyone is going to say "Rotate the rubber hanger noob!" BUT I tried that. It did bring the tips a bit closer to the diffuser but not as close as the pic above. What am I doing wrong? I know there is a crudely drawn picture floating around that shows you how to do it but I cant find it. On top of that when the car comes to a stop the right muffler (when facing the back of the car) vibrates against the diffuser and makes an annoying chatter. Someone give me some tips before I start ****ing with it again.

you can do it without modifications. People got to realize that you have to take the rubber hanger completely off and place it back on in another hole and then rotate 180 degree upwards to hold the tips way up to the diffuser.

yea but these new hangers are way stiffer and imo are better than rubber hangers.. i did what you said originally and the exhaust was bouncing around and looked like crap from what my friend driving behind me said.. its an easy $15 dollar mod.

Ah yes, had to bend back the exhaust shield a little bit so that the buzzing stopped. The hangars need to be taken off and placed back in a different hole and then it's all good.
