To get mudflaps or not

I can't decide if I want mudflaps. I dont really like them but while my car is in the bodyshop im going to have them touch up my rear doors which have a hundred rock chips on them. I dont have the aero kit so I need to figure something out. Feel free to post some pics of your ride with mudflaps.

i have black ra mudflaps on my X se. i personally dont like them but my evo is my daily and i cant afford to spend money for a shop to fix any paint damage caused by rock n road debris. its really up to you if you want your car to look hot dont get them.

I just ordered a set of the Ralliart Mudflaps. They are a little bit more pricey than the Rally Armour but they seemed to be a better fit for the X IMO.

This is just my view on this topic, but for something that's really not that visible to save your doors from getting all dinged up is a win-win. Imo they help a lot and I feel they make my back tires look wider and more agressive. But if you really don't like that look and can live with getting your car detailed more often to cover all the rock chips, then my friend I wish you good luck.

I put on the front RA blacks on my GG SE and am very happy. I haven't gotten around to the rears and I'm not sure if I ever well. Yes the protect the underside of the rear bumper but I'm less concerned about that than I am about the side/doors.

I don't really notive the fronts because they are mostly hidden, but I know I would notice the rears and those might annoy me [shrug]. I might install one side and think about it. But the point is, in the land of sand and salt flaps are a must.

Personally I like the look of my rallyarmor mudflaps, especially from the back. I think it makes the car look more agressive.

If you don't have the Aero Kit mudflaps are worth their weight in gold when it comes to paint protection.

I am firmly against mudflaps. For a street car they look ridiculous. Just my opinion

i myself was against mudflaps and was so certain that i would take them off once i get the Aero Sideskirts.

7800 miles after i still have the mudflaps. if you love your car enough, you'd keep the mudflaps.

If you don't like mud flaps, you could always go with a clear bra. Much more expensive though.
